Our stock standard wig is not precolored with 100% density.
If you are ordering a fuller density , please allow us some more days to crochet more hair onto the wig cap to make it as full as what you want.
It takes about 5 working days for 130% density , about 7 working days for 150% density and about 10 working days for 180% density.
If it is a colored wig , color processing time is extra 5 working days more.
Once your order is shipped out , you will receive an tracking notification via email . Shipping time is about 5-7 working days for U.S. and international orders.
We accept return or exchange of the product that is intact . With that being said , if you want to return or exchange a product, please do not cut the lace off or alter the product in anyway . Otherwise , the return or exchange request will not be authorized.

WORST EVER

WORST WIG EVER!! pLEASE DO NOT BUY IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE!! I was really looking forward to receiving my wig, only to find it looked nothing like the picture. The hair was a mess and the wig was way to small and I ordered a large. I would never buy a wig on line again

This was my first ever wig and I would just like to say: I'm utterly and completely impressed. I always imagined a wig being heavy and hot and tangled easily. Let me just say that this experience with my first wig was nothing like that. I love it

I get a lot of compliments, I've worn it so many ways. Its not shiny to me at all it's perfect. The color is blue. The length is very long. The way it reacts to heat is just amazing. It's just perfect. Highly recommend glad I chose this wig. Thanks for divaswigs

OMG,it’s my first wig from divaswigs,I was really excited about it,When I tried it on,I’m so happy it fit well,since I have a small head,and I followed their guide of cap size and finally choose petite size. It feels comfortable when I wear it.Thank you.
