Our stock standard wig is not precolored with 100% density.
If you are ordering a fuller density , please allow us some more days to crochet more hair onto the wig cap to make it as full as what you want.
It takes about 5 working days for 130% density , about 7 working days for 150% density and about 10 working days for 180% density.
If it is a colored wig , color processing time is extra 5 working days more.
Once your order is shipped out , you will receive an tracking notification via email . Shipping time is about 5-7 working days for U.S. and international orders.
We accept return or exchange of the product that is intact . With that being said , if you want to return or exchange a product, please do not cut the lace off or alter the product in anyway . Otherwise , the return or exchange request will not be authorized.

Perfect size and quality

I head is smaller than petite，so i accept Mark's suggestion and customize the wig. The size feet me so good and i love the quality sooo much!Thanks for you gays awesome customer service!

The wig is my favourite wig .I have wore it for one month .And the hair color is still correct .It has not tangle and shedding .I feel confident to wear it everyday  .I will purchase a new wig from divas next month .

MATCH ME VERY WELL

I received the unit today .It is quite beautiful.I love it so much .The hair style is wavy and i wear it immediately .It matches me very much .So so so love it .As a lazy girl,it is very convenient for me to wear it .I order a full lace wig and it can wear what i like ,Thanks divas .

Love it

In love with this color ! I would say this color would look great  on any skin tone .  Soft hair texture is a plus as well . Customer service Mark recommended me to purchase a full lace wig . He is very helpful. Full lace wig is really worth every penny . I could part the hair anywhere i want and also put in a high ponytail . Thanks Mark !
