Our stock standard wig is not precolored with 100% density.
If you are ordering a fuller density , please allow us some more days to crochet more hair onto the wig cap to make it as full as what you want.
It takes about 5 working days for 130% density , about 7 working days for 150% density and about 10 working days for 180% density.
If it is a colored wig , color processing time is extra 5 working days more.
Once your order is shipped out , you will receive an tracking notification via email . Shipping time is about 5-7 working days for U.S. and international orders.
We accept return or exchange of the product that is intact . With that being said , if you want to return or exchange a product, please do not cut the lace off or alter the product in anyway . Otherwise , the return or exchange request will not be authorized.

Love the color so much

Choose the color is such a difficult thing when i want to purchase a wig. I even not sure it will be beautiful like the picture,but when i receive i ,all of my worries have  gone. Love the color so much

KEEP GREAT WORK

I lost my hair for years,I've got so many compliments form my families and friends. after i wear this wig. Blonde color makes me look better. the hair still feels sooo soft .  Thanks customer service Mark for recommending me go for Brazilian virgin hair .

This wig is AMAZINGLY well made! The cap isn't too small, may require stretching if you have long hair, but for thick medium hair it still covers pretty well. The full lace is very realistic and the pony tails are THICK. It's pretty high quality, I'd definitely recommend it!

I received my wig one month ago.  It's beautiful. Perfect for me. I will never complain about it. I'm in love with length and  color. And style. I feel so confident every day. ! The only question is that there is no nude wig cap, but it's not big problem for me.

Nice wig

I chose the hair root color as #6 and the rest color as #18.The hair texture is silky.And the hairline is pre-plucked which seems more natural than natural hairline.Nice wig.

The color is amazing. The part comes looking pretty natural. I still plan on plucking the part to achieve the complete look i'm going for.he hair is pretty full without it being heavy on your head but overall worth the money.

I love this wig!

This is my first time buying a wig. I was wearing extensions until my allopecia got so bad that I had to switch to wig wearing. This was a depressing and scary transition for me until day two of wearing this wig. I got the 22 inches, the color as the same as picture and love this color combination. My family swears this wig looks much better on me than the extensions. It is so easy now to get ready. I just throw my wig on and am out the door!

Who says black girls can not blond hair !  i am wearing it everyday and now i am feeling myself !  MY hubby this color compliments my skin tone sooo much and got sooo many compliments !  Although the hair is bleached and colored , the hair still feels sooo soft .  Thanks customer service Adrian for recommending me go for Brazilian virgin hair .  keep up with great work !
