Our stock standard wig is not precolored with 100% density.
If you are ordering a fuller density , please allow us some more days to crochet more hair onto the wig cap to make it as full as what you want.
It takes about 5 working days for 130% density , about 7 working days for 150% density and about 10 working days for 180% density.
If it is a colored wig , color processing time is extra 5 working days more.
Once your order is shipped out , you will receive an tracking notification via email . Shipping time is about 5-7 working days for U.S. and international orders.
We accept return or exchange of the product that is intact . With that being said , if you want to return or exchange a product, please do not cut the lace off or alter the product in anyway . Otherwise , the return or exchange request will not be authorized.

This hair was delivered very quickly. Its really pretty, I like the curl pattern. It came with a dark nude colored wig cap and elastic band. I will add additional pics when I install it, in a few weeks, thank you.

I love this wig! I had a glueless install done. The cap fit I received was a bit big, but it was a simple fix. Overall the wig is great quality, and I love the look and texture of the hair. Minimal shedding, it came in 9 days and communication with the seller was excellent!

hair got here in 9 days after ordering, it came with a band, lashes, and the wig, the lace is good. The hair came with a slight smell so I washed it, it dries very quickly so if you want to keep the wet look I suggest adding conditioner and mousse. Communication with the seller was very good they discussed the product everyday and tracked and kept me updated on it.

This entire transaction was SMOOOTTTHHH! The company kept in contact every step of the way. They made sure I didn’t have any questions. Shipping was ahead of time. I don’t need the wig until next month and I still have time to customize and make it look like my own. This will be my VERY first time wearing a wig so I’m nervous. There was also extra in my box. This is my first purchase, but it definitely won’t be the last. Thank you guys sooooo much!!

Love this curly hair. It came within a week, fast shipping. The seller stayed in communication with me and informed me on any questions I had. The hair doesn’t have a smell and it’s true to length. The curl pattern is beautiful when wet. Definitely recommended

Very beautiful hair! It’s so soft and has a great texture. The seller was extremely nice and helpful. He made sure to keep me up to date with my order. I ordered it on the 4th and it came on the 14th. It came with a slightly weird smell, but it was nothing a quick wash couldn’t get rid of. I’ll be ordering more from this store for sure! Can’t wait to put it on!
